Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because many POSTR artworks are produced on demand, we maintain a limited refund policy.

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item
• photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of many artworks, we do not accept returns for:

• change of mind
• incorrect size selection
• personal preference

Please review artwork descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
